I cut my teeth speaking to students who did not have any real desire to hear about or follow Jesus, using a blend of humor, passion, and real life insight that can only come from God’s Word. Planting two churches honed the clarity and practicality of opening God’s Word to people of all ages and backgrounds. Serving internationality for so many years, developed a strong sense of speaking in a way that crosses cultures.

Make it simple, keep it simple is my approach. Whatever it is that you need, I would love to come serve you, your church or faith community. I speak at camps, conferences, events, and for churches. I am happy to speak on your topic or series or bring the teaching God is placing upon my own heart.

Without training, there can be no mission. I would love to provide training for your faith community in Disciple Making.

Becoming a disciple maker is the most important way a person can say YES to love God and partner with God. Becoming a disciple maker is the most effective way to build a life of eternal impact and leave behind a greater footprint for Jesus. Becoming a disciple maker is also sadly misunderstood and far too often left untried in faith communities. If I were the Enemy and fighting against the mission of God, there is nothing I would attack more than what it means to become a disciple maker.

Let’s face it, the faith community is not winning the hearts and minds of men. The number of men who are currently active in church, following Jesus, and expressing their faith is less and less around the world. This diminishing number has allowed culture and not Jesus to take the lead in teaching men the importance of loving God, wives, kids, work, and self. As a pastor, our churches always found success engaging men to come, serve, connect, and be transformed by a friendship with God. To that end, if you are a leader looking to serve the families within your city and faith community by strengthening the faith and lives of men in that community, I’d love to serve you.

When a church’s Mission, Vision, and Practices are out of alignment a church will struggle to impact its community and the world around it. With a simple and effective process, I will work with you, your leaders, and key people to create alignment in your faith community. Alignment opens the door to more people living out the mission of the church and creates greater unity within the church. Alignment allows the church to be intentionally and strategically engaged with God in His mission. People own what they build and create, our process moves people from “renters” to “owners” in their local church.
